Tsunami Travel Time Estimation: Sumatera Earthquake 2012

Sumatera earthquake 2012, just unofficial report from Padang, West Sumatera - Earthquake just strike in western Sumatera island ocean on 11 April 2012, near Simelue Island. 4 minutes, Mag: 8.9, 8.5, 6.5 SR, 10KM. All provinces in western Sumatera island such as NAD, North Sumatera, West Sumatera, Bengkulu and Lampung mentioned will be affected. Situation in Padang, my home city in West Sumatera very crowd and traffic jump every where. Tsunami sirens are blaring.

Besides Indonesia, several countries is alerted by USGS, especially India, Srilanka, Australia and Thailand to take an action to safe their people.

Update:
Tsunami warning is still not revoked by the authority. Click above image to enlarge and get the tsunami travel time estimation. Tsunami alert warning will continue until next one hour from now (05.20 pm GMT+7). All people in Sumatera island is in alert situation now.

Update:
5:43 pm GMT+7, the 4th earthquake strikes. Magnitude 8.1SR, 10KM. Tsunami alert warning again (still as part of the first 1st warning) since the first warning still on going. Two hours additional time for the tsunami alert warning from now. Will be end at 7:43 GMT +7. Location is near to the first earthquake: 2.31 north latitude and 92.67 east longitude.

Update:
8:45 pm GMT +7, Tsunami early warning caused by the earthquake mag: 8.1SR, date: 11-Apr-11, 17:43:11 pm GMT +7, has been terminated by the authority. Streets in the center of the city of Padang, West Sumatra, deserted from the rider. Business activities have been closed. Many residents fled to the eastern city on the plateau.

Update:
There is no detail information reported by the authority about damage and casualties caused by the today earthquake. National Disaster Management Agency of Indonesia to send 500 personnels to Aceh. Numerous personnel will be sent to Padang, West Sumatera as well. 

Final update:
Today, 12 April 2012, people in Padang return to normal activities. The total number of aftershocks recorded since yesterday was not monitored for sure. Correction of the authority of the earthquake magnitude are 8.9 to 8.3 and 8.8 to 8.1. Documenting the damage and casualties is still performed in all affected areas.

Yesterday also an earthquake in the state of Michoacan, Mexico. 7.8SR magnitude, but has been revised to 6.5SR. Tsunami warning for the Pacific countries are not enabled.
